Christmas Morning: Eggs Benedict & Nog

Whoops, this post was just sitting in my “to publish” queue, forgotten. Please enjoy!

This is easily the best way to wake up on Christmas morning… for grown-ups. Poach eggs in water and a splash of white vinegar until the whites are set but the yolks are still soft, toast some English muffins, and heat up some Canadian bacon. Pile it up, douse with Hollandaise sauce, serve with a glass of eggnog, then take a nap.
